Movies are filmed at 24fps. That's why better tvs incorporate 4:4:4 pull down. I actually prefer 30fps for cinematic game.

There are policies in Chicago that keep people poor by diminishing family structure and creating reliance on government without opportunity for positive movement in financial situation. This leads to crime as a career. Young men are then shown that crime is the easiest way to make money and that it is not even frowned upon within the social groups that inhabit the areas in which they are living. How could you see that as right wing fluff, outside? You must be a leftist. I am not on the right or the left. I'm a constitutionalist. If you haven't read the book yourself you can not even have an opinion on it. You're being told what to think and believing it. That's not to say that I agree with everything in the book myself but there are a lot of facts that everyone should know.

In not saying that Chicago relaxing gun laws would lower crime. I'm saying that the horrible policies in Chicago are a large part of the crime in the first place. I'd like to recommend a very interesting book to anyone that would like to have a better grasp on what is going on here. I live near Chicago by the way. The book is called Death of a Nation. There is a documentary too, but the book is better.

Not every state that doesn't have gun restrictions has a small population.
And you missed the point on countries where even law enforcement doesn't carry gun. Of course the citizens don't carry guns either. That is the point.

I'm talking about percentage per capita. They are easy statistics to look up. I lack the will or time to do it for you at the moment.
Another fun thing to look into is violent crime and murder rates in countries where guns are not even carried by standard law enforcement.
You need to actually look into what is happening in Chicago. These car thiefs are not carrying guns that they bought legally with the firearms owners identification cards. These are criminals. Many of them are under age 18.
It's funny how the states with the least restrictive gun laws have the lowest crime rates.
What we need to do is ban cars so that they can not be stolen.
