I've always thought the series was great but it isn't really my cup of tea. That said, it was my Mom's favorite game series by far. She had every game and played them multiple times. We lost her at the age of 64 4 years ago to cancer on Christmas Eve. I will be getting and playing this game in her honor. I'm glad to see that it is reviewing so well. I will invite my Dad (he would watch her play and also loved the series) to watch me play as much as he wants to.
Looks like you're not in the minority, Army. kranker thinks you meant Game of Thrones with GoT. He didn't realize you meant Ghost of Tsushima. Lol.
I guess it's hard to see when they have blinders on.
Lol. Okay.
Have you forgotten about Returnal, Ratchet and Clank, Sackboys Big Adventure, and Demon Souls already? Never mind the fact that most people can not even get a PS5 yet... including me.
Looks like this interloper is going to have to go back into No Man's Sky once again.
Yeah... I thought the last article was BS as the PS5 does send Atmos to the reciever via Bitstream. Atmos is a data track for steering not a discrete audio channel.
People who do not want their video and audio compressed.
Lol. What?
Not if it deserved it.
Not a free speech fan, eh?...
Thank you, Blade for the informal. I appreciate it.
The audio in Days Gone was really impressive. You could hear the rain hitting leaves or metal roofs above you.
That said, I did not buy Atmos speakers. That is a complete rip off. You're literally paying for the certification. There is no difference between a certified speaker and a standard speaker as long as the frequency response and ampedence is the same. I got a pair of flush mount Pyle ceiling speakers for $60 and installed them myself when I got my new reci...
I have an Atmos home theater setup. Does anyone know if the audio in the game takes advantage of that? I've not been able to get a PS5 yet.
Dreams is amazing.
There are some good Sonic games in Dreams.
Oh... well that's just great. And I still can't get one.
It seemed like some fine detail and sharpness was lost.
I honestly thought that Stadia was shut down already.
Good to hear. Free to create what they want.
