I Love GT, but man are you right about those sounds. First time I hit another car in GT5 and heard the kettle drum sound I literally laughed out loud.

I think that the PS2 was the greatest overall console, but it was the Sega Saturn that was my favorite. It really felt futuristic at the time. The disc that came with it was awesome, as was the music player and it's features. Sadly, I traded it in on a PlayStation due to lack of games. Virtua Fighter, Shadow Squadron, and Panzer Dragoon we're awesome though.

I would rather see a completely different story, if the do another game in that universe. I think the story of Joel and Ellie ended in the best way possible. I do love both characters, which leads me to wish that well enough is left alone.

You know, I said the same thing about PlayStation owners playing Xbox exclusives on PC, eliminating the need to shell out the money for an Xbox, if you are only interested in a game or two, and I got all kinds off flack for it.
What you are saying makes perfect sense. If you don't have a PlayStation, you can still play the game on PC. I'm sure people will be angry about that fact too.
