That's the impression that I was under as well... Though I have seen others say different, and this article is making it seem like this is more than just an update of an existing system. The slew of comments talking about Scorpio as "the beast" seem odd for what is nothing more than an update.
It can't be both... If it has games that the standard Xbox One can't play, then it's the next generation. If the standard Xbox One can play every game that the Scorpio (I hope that stupid name is not what it's really called) can play then it's an update.
No... It was the head start and price that were the larger factors. Also, let's not forget people buying a second 360 after their first one bricked.
I've been led to believe a PC connected to a 4k TV and a controller is how you play Xbox games in the best quality possible. That's what my brother-in-law keeps telling me.
Is that a reference to the 360s overheating?
So... Is this a better version of the Xbox One, or is this the next generation for the Xbox brand? The way some people are talking it seems like a new generation launch. Is it only going to have the same games as the standard Xbox One, or will it have its own games that the Xbox One can not run?
MrDead has a point here.
I'm really looking forward to this. This and Agony.
I'm guessing $599.
You know, monkeyman....
Most people just see your name and click disagree because of your past comments.
Why are you here? Do you have so little else to do with your time?
No.
No. Let's not forget...
God of War.
I'm sure that it will have a showing at this E3.
Lmao.
Great review of a great game.
Gay males have been....... shafted. Nudge nudge wink wink.
Can't wait.
I'm loving it so far. About 20 hours in.
Great read. I feel the same way.
You're a goof, Mike. You do realize that Forza has to run on the standard Xbox One (which happens to be less powerful than the PS4) don't you?...
