EA is not a developer, they are a publisher. Bioware is the developer.

You missed the point entirely. What I'm saying is, you should not be able to romance a straight character if you are paying a character of the same sex. If you want to romance a straight male, play as a female.

You should not be able to romance a character of the same sex unless that character was written to be gay. In that case, you should not be able to romance that character if you are straight.
I'm of a follow your heart mindset when it comes to love, so I don't have an issue with sexual orientation, but I am a straight man, so I would never accept the advances of another man. I have homosexual friends that would not accept advances from the opposite sex.
That's not what I'm seeing Bath. 8.5 seems to be the average.
