In essence... Yes. I left out first party on purpose. Games that were in development for the PS4 will be cross gen. Those that started development on PS5 will not.
We already know that Ratchet and Clank and Demon Souls will not be on PS4.
Not shutting down services and continuing to release updates and support multiplayer in existing games seem like pretty good ideas. Also continuing to release 3rd party games.

They make stick on track to hide cables if you're afraid to or can't run them through your wall. I used it to run speaker wire across my ceiling for my rear channels at my old place. I painted it to match and it looked really good.
