Seemingly ( but don't quote me on it) normal blu rays will upscale to something similar to 4k.
Oh, that's a shame, from my understanding I thought it was alot further along then that.
Still can't wait for the release though.
Can't wait, seemingly there is only like 500 to 1000 beta invites being sent out. I really hope to get one.
Thing is though it was also pirated a whole hell of alot aswell.
Next game will be epic if 2 is anything to go by.
With Thq in trouble and owing the WWE ton of money I really hope the next game is completely rebooted and whoever does it takes this as their benchmark.
It has multiplayer.
I think the one thing that has been the biggest hurdle to cross is the name.
Resident Evil has a connotation that implies what the 1st two games did so well. A home or place where people live that has become evil. That has (for me anyway) always been the allure of the franchise, Zombies being the main focus.
Biohazard on the other hand can have all sorts of different stuff like the las plagus and w/e else they can think of.
They either have to drop th...
You only own the disk, not whats on it.
Its stunning to me how much coverage this story is getting.
As of writing this the top 5 articles are about this patent.
I think the whole thing has gotten completely blown out of proportion.
Just imagine this industry if everyone was to think like you.
And its not guilt, its respect for the people who make all those 'hundreds of games' that you enjoy so much.
That is utter bulls**t, No game 'NEED's to be bought. Also if a game is to expensive for you, you can wait. If you can't wait then you want that game more then you're letting on.
And you can buy DS2 right now on Amazon for £17. Hardly breaking the bank .
Right on.
One thing I don't understand about used games sales is why buy them used?
Why not wait until they are discounted in a few weeks? Then you still support the developer and get em cheaper.
If you just have to have a game when its released then you should of already been saving for it.
I never trade or buy used games, I just don't get it.
@belac09
If you haven't played the games to completion then yeah I guess, but for me anyway once I've downloaded a game it doesn't take a month to finish it once I have I don't mind missing them till I resub. No biggie.
Then drop your sub until a month with games you like are put up. Its not like you are really losing anything.
I've often done it.
@TD
Ok lemme say that I enjoyed the hell out of the 1st two games, classic.
That being said, Onimushia was released over a decade ago which means many many gamers have never even seen it, let alone play it. So there is incentive there for Capcom to reboot it. I know you won't be very pleased with that but there is a reason that there has been no mention of a sequel, it never really sold all that well in 1st place, the very same reason Dmc was rebooted. <...
So you would rather no Onimushia then a rebooted one? Just curious.
Can I ask a question to some folks.
If this or any other Capcom game gets say a low review like 3/10 or something does that mean Capcom didn't 'pay' them and the review reflects that?
OT I've always enjoyed good games, if this turns out to be one, I'll enjoy it.
Bought it and am playing through it right now, amazed that I missed it on Ps2 but I've got to say I'm stunned by how well it looks and plays even by today's standards.
If anyone has never played it I seriously recommend it.
Maybe not blockbuster, but won plenty of GOTY but Journey is excellent.
I get what your saying though.
