This is the best announcement of E3 so far for me personally. Shame they didn't make a bigger deal of it though.
I agree, he's a bit irritating in this, but most of the time it's quite funny.
I think it's because I'm quite eager to see and hear what the game is like and he's almost like that person in the cinema that keeps talking all the way through the film.
Such a shame that he won't see how much of a success his creation will come to be.
It would be a nice gesture if they named the first public model of the rift after him. RIP.
Anyone see the Helgast at around the 6:37 mark lying prone, that would be a first for the series if you can now lie completely flat on the floor.
Sometimes I think that it would be better if the pedestrians were more of a nuisance if you chose the hero path. You only have to look at real life celebrities and how they're swamped by fans and the press alike, even when they're just heading to the shops for example.
Imagine the same thing happening in this game: hordes of fans block your path on the ground and the press keep flashing their cameras in your face. It would encourage people to head up high and use the ...
Wow so there is interconnectivity between games running on the PS4 and the PC. That's very promising for the longevity and overall experience of the game in the long run.

There's another major problem that no one has mentioned yet.
So imagine it, your playing forza and it pops up that you have a skype call waiting. You answer skype:
You: "hello?"
Me: "Xbox off!"
*Xbox shuts down*

I'd love to try this game with the Oculus Rift! The first person cockpit view coupled with the head tracking and next Gen graphics! I'm sure it would be something special indeed.

I don't think it would be unfair to say that whatever game is crowned GOTY this year, might just have a real case for being game of the generation. The amount of sheer gaming experiences that have been released thus far is incredible!
It could just be something to do with Sony and the Olympics in Rio 2016 (probably official sponsors etc)
Two things Fifa 14 needs.
1. Weather that changes throughout the game. (It would be lovely to start playing a game that’s slightly grey and overcast, then by the end the it’s raining cats and dogs)
2. Put an indication next to the players name of what their foot preference is (currently the name boxes at the bottom left and right of the screen also display the players number, why do I need to know that! Replace it with a L, an R, or a LR)
Games don't have to look ultra realistic to push a console to it's limits. Personally I think it looks fantastic and the gameplay sounds really promising.
So they increased the saturation? Whopty doo! I prefer the original.
Personally I think the Battlefield visuals look better. IMO the movements of the characters in Killzone look a bit stiff and rigid. However it really doesn't matter, both games will excel but probably in different fields.
My only gripe was that at times the AI seemed a bit stupid. Like, for example after Irish kills the two dogs, you're laying cover fire and you see the player hit the same guy in the window 3 times. Each time he stands back up and returns back to the same spot until he eventually dies.
I would have liked to see him try and move to a different spot, or even fled in cowardice etc etc. Good looking game, but in some respects it's not groundbreaking.
I would say the Cargo Plane was the best for me. I just remember feeling like a complete badass after I completed it. I liked the way the answer to saving yourself wasn't all that obvious, which made you feel like you'd really accomplished something when you figured it out on your own. However most of the set pieces from the series are spectacular!
I love seeing Knack at the very end completely destroy another giant mech with a single punch! Good...No, Great Stuff!
