That's a B-E-A-utiful bit of kit there. This can only be good news for the future of VR.
It sounds like such a weird thing to say, but for once in an open world sandbox game I'd love to see something in the many hundreds/thousands of windows in the city. Maybe even just someone drawing the curtains or watching the action from the distance. I'm tired of buildings just being blank lifeless obstacles. If they're stuck for ideas just go watch Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window. Anyway regardless of that, the game looks phenomenal!
They've just created the world's first mirrorless full frame camera, which has been widely praised by the majority of professional camera critiques...but yeah, playstation is the only thing sony has going for it. /s
Amazing! The Sony RX100 has been rated as one of the best compact camera's of all time by the New York Times. Also they've just created the worlds first full frame mirrorless camera in the A7 and A7R, which makes the body significantly smaller.
I'm a huge fan of Canon cameras, but I'll be buying an A7 soon and I already own an RX100. These last few years Sony have really lead the pack with their innovation.
A very good article indeed. With gaming becoming a more accepted and understood mainstream media, it's annoying that the most prestigious award ceremony for the industry seems so unorganised, undeveloped and almost biased.
Try War Thunder. That game has recieved plenty of praise so far.
Scott Pilgrim The Game. Gotta love Anamanaguchi.
"You're like a dog at the controls of a helicopter!"
Sums it up perfectly. Snow was preying for any little thing that looked remotely violent like saying a megaphone was a gun?
Also what's the point in asking a question if you're not going to listen to the answer?
Man, this guy talks so much Sh*t I'm almost convinced that he was born with an asshole for a mouth.
Christ! That link to the forza images was painful to look at. Surely this is false advertising. If I bought a piece of art and once it arrived in the post it looked barely comparable to the image of what I saw, I'd complain and demand a refund. It's this kinda lazy programming and misleading adverts that's starting to get on my nerves.
I loved the Kojima reveal because despite how he worded it, all I could hear in my head was:
'Ladies and gentlemen I am proud to finally announce the 'Deja Vu' mission. A mission which will use the full power of your brand new, state of the art, £350 PS4 and make it look like the gaming console you bought back in 1994!'
Don't get me wrong it is cool, but whatever happened to the days when this was just an unlockable or an achievement ...
I've never heard so much talk about space, since this!

Why produce DLC when they could get their community to create their own songs and share them for everyone to try, just like LBP did?
Would make sense with MM working on games focused on paper and clay, something that the PaRappa world also seems to share in common. Another more compelling bit of evidence would be from the 'Music of Tearaway' video that was recently released on Youtube. A composure states that all the music for Tearaway was wrote and composed completely in house for the first time in the companies history. Maybe they're getting a bit of practice in and experimenting for a more musically focused ...
Kinda strange review, in some respects they make some good points and highlight some notable issues that sony could resolve in the future, but then skim over or completely miss out very important features.
The PS Vita remote play is a HUGE factor which should have been highlighted in more detail. They also fail to mention the free to play library and the free games which come with the PSN every month.
Oh well they could have given it a 1/10, I'm still g...
Do you recon they purposely chose that building to host the show because it vaguely has the same shape as the PS4 itself.
I await a torrent of dislikes but to me I prefer the older images. Slightly brighter, more details on the buildings and characters and just overall a much better looking game. A good example to look for is in the first picture of the new build, just to the right of the jet engine is a grey blocky building. Now go back and look at the old build, far more detail.
However this could all change when we actually see the game in motion, some things don't translate too well thr...
I think my avatar ses it all.
Wow, I was literally going to buy a pair of Tritton 720+'s today, but now I'm having second thoughts. However they are optical inputs and the article states that they should work just fine. Either way thanks for the informative article Gameinformer.
" I don’t know if they did it just for the idea of innovation and for the sake of the gamers, or just to advertise their TVs and consoles and make people buy them, not caring for a long-term solution"
Moron! Project Morpheus was the long term solution!
3D gaming was introduced to lay the ground work for what would later evolve into the stereoscopic 3D view we have in VR headsets today. It could also be said that the Move was designed to create a mor...
