PS4 slim is not meant to be a competitor to the Xbox One S. The PS4 slim is for casual gamers who are on a budget. You better believe if Sony announces a $199-$249 price tag they have won the holiday no matter what kind of 4k the slim has. Sony does not intend for it's current 45million PS4 owners to go out and buy a slim, that is what the PS4 Neo is for.
You can't be that dense. All of those games you listed are on PC because Sony does not own those ip's. I guarantee you any ip Sony owns will NEVER hit a PC. Sony already has the most talented collection of first party studios that they put a tremendous amount of support behind. It's all about balance and what makes sense for Sony and their consumers.
I've been saying this forever. Persona 5 will be the top JRPG if this generation. I have no hope for FFXV and my hope for the FFVII remake is starting to dwindle.
