I have the game and it is not nearly as bad as people railing against it claim it to be. It's definitely a solid 7, and possibly an 8, in my opinion. It's different enough to be it's own game, but does hit some of those same notes that the Mega Man games do. Now, here's the thing: the biggest similarity I see with the game is with the original Mega Man. It's rough around the edges, but filled with potential. It has an great base to work with.
