Good news for Microsoft. Who would have seen this coming eh? Aside from the bad reputation the 360 has for it's unreliable hardware (me being the recipient of the RROD a year after buying a launch console) they managed to their mindshare SOMEWHAT up with that 3 year warranty (which should be lifetime the way these things break)
but all in all, throughout the bad press, they managed to sell more than the original XBOX and I congratulate them for that as they seemed to work REALL...
I bought a 360 for games
I don't think I'd be able to hold out for 2-3 years waiting for that to happen :(

The trophy sound is HARDLY noticeable enough to distract me from any game I have played (be it Uncharted, Super Stardust HD, SFIV, etc)
I'm glad Gears of War 2 doesn't look that crappy on my TV.. i mean seriously, where did those screens come from?
I don't think Gears of War 2 is the best 360 game (graphically), I'd put RE5, Lost Planet 2 (from what I've seen), and even Banjo Kazooie (because of it's art style) above it.

yeah that genetic disease they have suck... I'd want to wage war on any and everything breathing lol... Wrex was definitely one of my most used allies
Mass Effect is my favorite game this generation.
But it looks like part 2 is going to replace that... can't freakin wait
I cannot WAIT for this game... as a huge fan of Indigo Prophecy, I'm completely INTRIGUED by this title and i'm there day one whenever this releases (anyone catch this on Spike TV where the guy said "coming exclusively to the PS3 next year) ?

the controls suck in my opinion... the concept they had was great but with an analog stick, there are too many variables.. practice or not, I won't enjoy trying to throw an uppercut and a body hook comes out. It's not precise enough

what I think Kojima Productions are aiming for is the Raiden game for 360 and the Big Boss game for PS3/PSP
