I did play it at a local EB, I hate the slow mo. They changed a lot of iconic MGS features.
I'm not saying a game shouldn't evolve...but slow mo? What is this a Michael Bay movie?

You missunderstand my point. MGS hasn't seen scarce releases. We've had the collection released recently, MGS4 and Rising (though technically not a Solid game).
GT was delays upon delayed upon delays, so they released the game's "demo" but it had a lot more meat and replay ability than this.
I think people have more than enough interest in MGS 5 but to stoop so low as to pay for a demo? It's just pathetic.

GT5 proligue is a different case because it was heavily needed, since fans were beginning to lose faith in the series due to CONSTANT delays and broken promises.
Also in terms of racing games, that had much more meat than even your average racer. You can also invest hours upon hours in GT Prologue which I cannot see here.

I had a feeling when MGS went multiplat that we would lose the quality we came to expect (even for a demo).
I've seen Engine demonstrations/benchmark programs that had more game content than this.

I honestly didn't mind it too much, it's just an easy brawler compared to the more deep fighting games we're use to.
It felt like an arena game more than anything. I did prefer budokai 3 to this but I still had fun playing this...more like watching a TV series.

Just a bit? dude it's 2 titans (aka 2000$ worth of cards) on 1 pcb. If you look at Nvidia's trend a GX2 (well now they don't even point out that's a dual GPU card) was anwhere from 1.5xs to 2xs more than it's single GPU counter part.
This is 3xs!!!! 3.. you can get 3 titan Black editions for that price or 4 780 tis while still having enough money for an SSD or RAM or AMD CPU or HDD or Case w.e

It compares to a 580 GTX which is a late 2010 launch...This is the source engine it could prob run on a 2005 rig with minimum and the proper cards....

Although I don't doubt this game being good, this is the same website that gave ghosts a 8.8...so really I'd rather hear 8.9/10 from another website than this.
I am playing it on PC, and frankly it is fun. Blind shooting and just NO skill at all...this game is just to screw around and not worry about concentrating.

First I would really learn how to get your idea across better, it took me reading what you wrote 3 times before I could completely understand what you were saying. Your trying to combine point form into sentences which makes your argument hard to understand.
Ps4/Xbox One are in a whole different category than Wii.U in terms of Power...the wii.U more closely resembles the Ps3/360...so please look up the specs before you argue.
My model is latest, OCT 2013. You should be fine but I expect when there are alot of people on screen for you to drop to 30s.
The intel iGP had a Beta driver update which fixes those issues.
I'm playing 1280x800 @ 30-60 fps all low, textures medium. avg was around 40 (tested on battery)

On the serious note, yes I agree they do need help. I too am saddened by Oculus VR being sold to FB but there are plenty of waves to cope with it, for example...not wanting to kill ppl....or you know...moving to it's competitors?
