Exactly. I actually bought one because I wanted Borderlands and the new Vita a is a bit more comfortable to hold especially for shooters compared to the old...too bad the screen is noticeably less vibrant:(
I am now saving my OLED model for games that I want to enjoy with awesome saturated and vibrant colors:)
Also the new Vita gives me a total of 2 extra hours when compared to my Vita...it's honestly better than the first hour...but my old Vita is a 3G r...
reminds me of Journey mixed with race to the sun. I'll prob get it for vita (thought it's cross buy)
Maybe they are trying to pull a "new coke" idea, then revert to regular coke and make billions! :P
Oh come on, it's just a fan enhancement. I found it a little charming and fun to see the new colors, the jeans are definitely more defined. Colors pop a lot more imo
Really great choices but I would've swapped out liberation with Disgaea or a persona game... PES 3 was amazing on vita...too bad there was no free roam:(
I still preferred 8, everyone hated it for some reason...
@Danny818
That's not what your comment is stating. The article is about what sony is doing, and getting rid of it would alienate the company and drive their stock lower because it would show that Sony has no faith in their products.
Especially since it's the only competing mobile gaming device to the 3Ds (with exception of the Nvidia shield).
Also your making the assumption that retailers aren't buying them yet every store is scra...
don't be a tool, -bubble.
I dunno know where speculations and everyone is coming from when stating certain facts.
This is an easy explanation. There were very few Borderlands 2 bundles selling therefore they sent out very little. They under estimated how many people would like to use the vita as a PS 4 attachment instead of a gaming platform.
Funny thing is, I can still get the OLED model everywhere but the Slim is sold out at every store in my city and everywhere in the province pret...
This is why I hate clicking on these types of articles:
"who wouldhv thought there would be a doom Board game . well here it is "
No proofreading "would've?", and Board is capitalized but Doom isn't. Also "well"...I mean I hate it when people point out grammar on the web but that's in comments...this is an article.
There are plenty more...even dices instead of just dice...dice is already the plural o...
Yeah...good idea Editor, sell voice acting as a DLC...That won't piss ppl off at ALL after 3m$ fundraiser.
Unless the Dlc is free, this is a situation where you're trapped between a rock and hard spot.
I personally do not need any voice acting for the game, i'd just be glad to have the game.
I do think the writer is a bit too bitter, I mean it is an optional donation, but I can see where the greed comes in.
I mean...
Gears was very big online* I meant not on steam lol, but everyone on Steam did want it on steam even back then.
Gears of War 1 came out when it was using live. Also back in 2007 Steam wasn't quite as big with Steamworks. (which means games that activate on steam), nor was EVERY game imaginable available for download. It came retail as disks or through Games for Windows live library.
I believe that Steamworks began to pick up around 2009 (although there were a few that used steamworks back in 2006 as well, but mostly valve made).
Gears was very big on steam but also...
still no release, this game might come too late...
The prices are ridiculous. The whole point of rental digitally is to be cheap...for those prices you can sometimes buy them used for a bit more and keep them.
I will not purchase anything from PS now... I'm waiting for subscriptions.
I wouldn't mind paying 60$ a year for the service or AT MOST 10-15$ a month!
I wouldn't say amazing but it's definitely a game to play through.
The game's gameplay would be great if controls weren't so tedious and sometimes frustrating.
@raf1k1
Actually I wouldn't say exclusives are a driving market for PCs. Remember PCs are much more than gaming machines, they are pretty much all we use these days.
Now since we pay so much, exclusives cannot be the only thing that drives pc gaming, it has to be easy and cheap.
That's where Steam comes into play.
Steam is a driving market. It's convenience and out of this world prices are what help PC gaming.
There are quite a few actually...Especially indie companies and RTS/simulation
290X usually competes with the Titan or the 780, it can definately even beat the 780 ti in some games, but that's a low margin and not an average amoutn of games.
It sometimes even fall short of the 770.
It really depends on the game.
Why would u want to? They would most likely be 200$ anyways without the card and game...
This is a limited edition bundle.
It would be nice to see slims go for 169.99$ without any accessories but I don't know much they would lose compared to selling it for 200$ and adding a digital copy of a game and memory card.
