Very much indeed. So I would love to know why Nintendo made that pick.
Can't blame them, because that's not what they asked for. They wanted more new content, not a darn VR fishing game.
"and as always no word of C&C from EA :("
- That's the number one thing that annoyed me as hell.
it's Jay's OP, so that's what he thinks. As for me, I think everything was a blessing after the EA and Bethesda event (more or less).
Bethesda was the worst one by far imo.
"I think Sony overreacts to criticism of their E3 show"
- That sounds about right, because they have slimmed down their E3 show a whole lot. Yes, just look on the Playstation Youtube page. I don't know if people got the impression that I disliked the show and Sony's trailers, because that's not the case. I just wish that there would have been more feel to it.
Ubisoft and Nintendo solved that pretty well during this year's edition of E3 (imo).
@UCForce "Dude, come on. PlayStation has a lot of game this year. Besides, we still have PSX."
- Jay was much more disappointed in the MS show :P
I can agree on that, and it's pretty much impossible to make everyone happy.
"Well op should step back and look at the big picture. I felt disappointed too by the conference. But when I think of all the games coming - there really is no problem. But I can't agree about VR Sony absolutely needs to show big new VR games"
- They could have done both perhaps?
"The VR announcements are the most important because people need to see what Sony's commitment is going.to be."
- The like Vs dislike ratio on the videos speaks for itself really. So it's not a wise idea to be too commited to VR.
"PS4 has so many unreleased big exclusives at the moment, that it isn't being harmed if no new ones for announced at this show"
- Yes, but this OP is based on what was shown at E...
I understand the Prince of Persia and Spliter Cell part, so that I agree with. As for the rest, "Skull and Bones" impressed me more than "Sea of thieves" did. Fair enough, but at least we know that the game is back in biz again. Well, the new Assassins Creed game looks rather neat if you ask me. As for Far Cry, the last game I played was Far Cry 3, so I can't speak about the games after it.
True =) And I couldn't help myself from smiling when Shigeru Miyamoto showed up out of nowhere with some crazy gadget/weapon of his xD
To be fair, I think most of the viewers felt the same way. Well, at least if they watched EA's and Bethesda's press conference previous to Ubisoft's event.
Word on, I'm so happy with the new Metroid games that I have decided to buy a Switch and a 3DS console asap!
And thank god for that! Because it's been a very, VERY long wait.
Indeed =) Even so, I have to admit that "Beyond good and Evil 2" is nr 1 on my list ;)
May I ask which games that would be?
Yep, Bethesda sure slayed that failed high five by EA like a boss :P
That is a very good question, and a big waste of talent it is indeed...
