I remember the days when I used to work in retail, it's a struggle for every store to get as many units as possible. So for the consumers it's the "first-come, first-served" rule that applies. I wish you the best of luck =)
I know mate, but I didn't want to sound rude to her. So I will ask her about it in a nice way "if" I get to do an interview with her.
I would not put to much trust into that, because most stores only get a limited amount of units, and it could be months before they get another batch of units.

Very much so =) The only thing that I (and others) saw as a con, were her decision to use a bra for her cosplay (Sniper Wolf doesn't use a bra).

Correct, but later on in the series Konami made her hair look more blond-like. So I think it's perfectly fine to use either a greenish or blondish look when you cosplay as Sniper Wolf (just look at Samus Aran, she has had many different kinds of hair color throughout the Metroid series).
