They did talk about the games and most of them weren't interested in them(FPS, driving and SSO)... some of them did like the games

The app is free but you can't really use it since UPlay wont connect to consoles atm...
Umm anti-trust laws do not work like how you are implying. If AMD had to sell off all their assets the law would prevent Nvidea from buying them up not other companies.
Considering pretty much all the games that have parity are Ubisoft games...

Globally they are down about 5 million and down about 1 million in the US in sales(just for 2014).
Is it possible they can catch PS4 in the US, sure but I doubt it. Is it possible to catch them Global, nope.

So the biggest reason PS4 is ahead is that they launched in more countries but than why is the Xbox behind in the US(and every territory they are both in).
I find it very hard to believe that during the holiday season even with a huge price cut that Xbox1 will sell more than 1,000,000 PS4s...
