Umm no, Director Bruce Straley and creative director Neil Druckmann led The Last of Us, they took over the U4 when Amy Hennig left ND. They have 2 teams, having 2 teams in a studio does not make it 2 separate studios...
Supposedly they have most of the staff on U4 atm with a group working on an unannounced game(not TLoU2)

I would have went with ND but Nintendo is a good choice as well. What gives ND the edge for me is like Kubrick they do not do alot of projects and pretty much all of them are quality.
It seems decent I've only spent a few mins on the PC version, got it free with my last Video card. I'd say its worth 20 esp if it comes with the season pass. I'd worry that Sony will revert these to just the season pass in the next day or 2 thou.
Hmm? You had to put a modchip in the ps1 for bootlegs and imports to work in the US. I know cause the game store in Times Square that I worked at used to do them
Saturn was much easier because all you had to do was put the mod cartridge in(unless the import had its own ram cartridge then it got annoying).
