Actually Disruptor® for the PlayStation® was Insomniac's first entry in the FPS genre, it was also the company's first title. It was very well received critically. In fact, in an interview with Ted Price, he hinted that Resistance 2® may actually include weapons inspired by one of their earlier works.

Perfect timing, I needed a new controller anyway. My analog sticks don't reset all the way to the neutral position, as they get stuck at a slight angle (from playing too much COD4). It becomes problematic in other games (e.g. UT3, Dark Sector, Condemned 2).
Ubisoft had recently released a video statement in regards to the situation. An update for a fix is set to be released very soon, along with a more stable connectivity and resolved host issues.
