MGSV was the weakest of the entire series. I never finished it simply because the missions were long and tedious , and the same missions/locations kept getting reused. I don’t normally mind that if they were used as side content (like radiant quests) but because most of them were required to advance the story along, I just quit and watched the cutscenes on YouTube.
PS Vue was a solid idea but with Netflix, Hulu and those other media apps, it was bound to go under. And let’s face it, not much people have cable anymore. I, myself, just pay for internet and watch everything online. It’s all about streaming now.
How do they mess this up this badly? Honestly....how did that happen? Where are the QA people? Was it bring your child to work day/month/year or something?

This article is nonsense. Not EVERY action game is Souls-like, even if the author wasn't using "every" in the literal sense. Souls-like games have become their own subgenre of RPGs. It's as natural as if someone made a racing game, or simulator, or a [insert genre here].

The PS4 is still going strong. No reason why a person can’t have a PS4 and PS5 in the household. So backwards compatibility for PS4 games is unnecessary if you ask me. PS3 and below is what I’m interested in.

I used to think that cosmetics don’t affect gameplay, but after watching the video, I’ve changed my mind. Cosmetics do have an affect on the psychology of the player. Look better, feel better, play better.
I just hope it doesn't become another MGSV scenario. :/
I can see the point of the request: to remove the random loot boxes and instead purchase the cosmetics directly. I agree. Now, I think that micro transactions can be in a fully-priced game as long as it’s cosmetic only. The developers are running a business after all. And with things getting more expensive, they have to find alternate means to making money.

I agree but what do we get out of it if it’s classified as gambling? Games like Call of Duty will still be Rated M or PEGI 18. What’s the end game here?
