This is offtopic and I'm not sure if it would qualify as game changing, but if I could get a fps in an open world as large as Fallouts, with gunplay like Destiny, agility like Titanfall, and loot drops like Borderlands I would never have to leave the house again. Not sure whether I would prefer a BL style character system with 4 default characters each of which have their own skill trees, or a build your own character like Fallout's. I do enjoy Fallout's system, but it seems I alw...
Xbox had it on sale the other day, so I bought it on a whim. I've never been an mp only kind of guy, but damn it if this game isn't addicting. I'm just worried that I'm going to burn out on it. I'm already level 30 and I've only had it for two days.
Who says people can't have a healthy, courteous debate online?
Yes, my theory is based on current trends. If we were to move into a future in the cloud, I don't see Sony being the one to lead us into it. They have had too many online predicaments. If they, Microsoft, and Nintendo agreed to do it, then yes, it would be possible as consumers would have no choice. For them to do it on their own would be corporate suicide in my opinion. I love the sleek boxes I have plugg...
Sony is in a precarious position. They started off really well because their product really resonated with consumers. In the wake of Microsofts price cuts and exclusives, as well as Nintendo doing everything they can to gain marketshare, Sony can't afford to go all in on a machine based in the aether. The average consumer wouldn't understand it, it would have to be always connected (a huge source of contention that Microsoft wisely canceled), and any partnerships they have with Gamest...
I don't see them going cloudbased. Every console generation has been about winning the living room, and you can't do that with an ethereal cloud machine that the average consumer probably wouldn't even begin to understand. Not to mention that if they were to go completely into the cloud, Gamestop, Walmart, etc would be up in arms over it.
I think overall it was a nice improvement over last year, but these world premiers and trailers fell a little flat. I kept waiting for a huge game announcement (Fallout 4 someday?), and I kept getting games I have little to no interest in. I think that the last game announced at the VGA's or TGA's that I cared about was Skyrim.
I am grateful for my family, my friends, my health, my home, and my job. My life would definitely not be the same without them. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Does anyone know if there are going to be similar versions of characters, such as Sub-Zero and Cyber Sub-Zero? Or will they put Cyber Sub-Zeros moves into one of regular Sub-Zeros stances? I know I'm being greedy, but I'd prefer one Sub-Zero and a totally different character, even though I love Sub-Zero the most personally.
Please, please, please!!! I could really, really use all of this!
God, this sounds awesome! I've been stuck on lastgen for too long, so fingers crossed!
Try http://www.destinylfg.com or http://www.destinylfg.net That's how I've found my raiding parties and the weeklies.
If you can open the vault and beat the Templar on your own, you can get them. I've never tried to get the second one before the Templar has been killed, but it may be possible to get it. The other two I know of are by the Gorgons, and you just have to sneak to get one of them.
1: at the bottom of the path you take into the vault at the beginning.
2: in a hole in a wall that you can get after the Templar fight. It's on the left side of the large battlefield.
3: Once you hit the lowest floor of the gorgon area but before you run into them follow the water to the left, and jump up the hill, there's a small cavern with a chest in it.
4: at the part where you have to actually hide from the gorgons there's a ...
It's been laggy the last couple of days, nothing works the way you said it would (armor/weapon levels), and people are quitting in the midst of matches. Fix the damn lag! Make the mode you said you were making, or even better, allow us to make custom matches. I'd rather have custom matches than a 1 week event that gives me legendary gear that is at best equal to mine, and at worst completely useless. I don't think that people should get a participation bonus; instead, I'd rath...
I am not sure how I feel about this game. On the one hand, Telltale makes incredible games, and Borderlands 2 is one of my favorite games of last gen. On the other hand, I don't know if Borderlands lends itself well to Telltales talents.
This is the one mode where your armor and weapons are supposed to mean something in PvP. What's the point in me leveling up my armor and weapons if at the end of the day, they are just as powerful as the ones I get at the beginning of the game? What's the point of even having this mode?
My Red Death isn't upgraded all the way, neither is my Invective, Bad Juju, Pocket Infinity, Plan C, Light/Beware, Unwilling Soul-09, or Epitaph 2261. I use the Suros Regime and Revenge because I thought that having a fully upgraded exotic/legendary weapon would actually mean something in this mode. Sort of like I thought having full legendary/exotic armor would mean something.
Edit: Here's my character

I'm in the top of my group usually too, but I feel like I should be able to one shot a level 4 with my finger if it worked the way they said it would.
The Handsome Collection unlocked at 9 PM Pacific Time on the night before it's release (when it got its midnight release on the east coast) for me, so I figure MK will unlock at the same time.
