Personally I wasn't a fan of the changes they did implement. I was never a big PvP player, I preferred PvE, strikes, raids, etc. The weapon system changes (going from Primary, Secondary, Heavy to Primary, Primary, Secondary Or Heavy, is a move made purely for PvP. Less choices for power customization by using cluster perks also is better for PvP. Slower base cooldowns for powers is also a PvP move, as well as the fact that there's no random stats on guns.

This isn't new at all, this method has been around since 3 of Coins came out last year. They ended up nerfing the 3 of Coins so that they lose effectiveness if used in quick succession. Here's one of the original posts about it:

Funny how they didn't mention that these items, as well as most of the preorder like praxis points, are one time use only. If I go to start a second playthough, all of those items are gone if I used them on a different playthrough. I completely understand limiting them to once per playthough which is the standard, but one time period? That's disgraceful.

I seem to be in the minority as the game was just alright to me. Spoilers ahead: There was a huge over reliance on throwing dozens of tanks at me in place of having really cool boss fights like in previous games (Mr. Freeze, Clayface, etc). Uh...There are plenty of nonfighting 2d games. I feel like there's been more in the last few years than at any point since the SNES/Genesis days.

I got up to level 17 and cleared nearly the whole second island (I played as a member of the Dominion). My first complaint was that it was impossible to find people to do dungeons with. I was queued up for them from the moment I unlocked them and not once did I find even one person queued with me. I'm saying that I doubt Sony could give Borderlands away specifically. Destiny possibly as they have some exclusive arrangements with that game, but it seems that Gearbox and Microsoft have their own deals in place which I assume would preclude another company being able to give The Handsome Collection away, use it promotionally, etc at least until the existing deal is finished.
I doubt it. Gearbox currently has a contest going on and the grand prize includes an X1, and in the video for the contest they are with Major Nelson.

The Estival Excursion isn't an Eververse drop. You had to get all 3 characters solstice armor to legendary during 2018.
