Depends on how you begin your gaming "career". If you begin in SP or Co-op only games then i think that those newcomers will stay with gaming. But jumping straight into the competitive scene isnt the way to go.
I remember my first true Multiplayer gaming experience in the hardcore scene being Gears of war 1. I would die 10 times more than i would kill, but i had fun and got atleast 100 messages telling me to stop chainsawing. Now in gears 3 i have a stupidly good K/...
The last booklets i remember reading were the elder scrolls:oblivion and fallout 3 since they contained helpful info. I miss those beautiful booklets :(
not a bad job though when you think about it lol.
I trust devs based on their games. Not their promoises or what they say publicly. But as soon as i played the Crysis 2 demo i refused to buy it. Any dev which adds in COD features (killstreaks) doesnt deserve my money. If i wanted to play COD i would go and buy it, not some half ass'd wannabe.
This game rewards strategy too! Get the kill or take time and risk your life hacking him to reveal locations of ALL other enemies AND then get your kill. This game rewards patience and strategy!
I understand why he's sueing but he's pretty much trying to say he "owns" a simple idea of looking into ancestral memories that are stored in our DNA...
Its like if EPIC sued another game developer for making a game where the bad guys are albino miners..... sorta...
@RememberThe357
He also wants a major franchise to get shut down... This is a big deal for gamers...
Assassins creed is one of the best franchise's this gen. I will be one of those people if he prevents the release! I will defo be willing to stoop that low just for him!!! >:D
MS conference will start like this:
1: starts with COD.
2: dramatic and unnessecary speech made by Don Mattrick (I hate his voice so much)
I will take bets that it will go like that. I remember that the only interesting games they showed were all shooters in 2010...
Personally feel that they redeemed themselves slightly in 2011 with mass effect 3 and lara croft.
no black???!!!!???? :0
WTF ms? Black is your new "default colour" so i would atleast expect you to release one in that colour!
...and the gameplay of a good game. Sorry but i honestly feel its gameplay which ruins Fable. It does good-brilliant in just about everything other than gameplay. Fable 2 was too easy and then in Fable 3 they sort of ruined it.
Fable's art is amazing, Your interaction with the world is amazing. Lots of stuff in fable is really good but it always ends up failing on gameplay.
They should honestly take a look at the top RPG's and see if they can take anything from all those and give Fable its own identity in gameplay which is good and not too easy.
Catherine 2.0?? Im up for that!
Im sorry to have hurt your feelings. But if you wanna play the fanboy game i guess it might be fun to join in.
360 is outselling the PS3, fact.
See what i did there??? I stated a fact which has no relevance to my life. Have a Good day in your basement sir...
Woops double post sorry
Ps3 outselling 360 again. Although i doupt PS3 worldwide sales are going to overtake the 360 before the next gen consoles are released. too much of a gap (surprisingly) with too little time to close it.
Either way both are doing good and i wouldnt wish for any too do bad.
You sure it's not because it's exclusive??? Won't be buying this game personally due next gen consoles rumoured to release soon. Would rather save my money for one of those and not buy games on release date will help.. Not even getting halo 4 either, just thought I'd throw that in before someone shouts fanboy ; )
I really enjoyed Watching Rayman origins when it was shown at the ubisoft conference so I can't wait to see this!!!
@ NBT
I disagreed with you by accident lol. But Move support would really help Sony increase the sales of the Move. I'm sure they'll do it since its a game which could easily incorporate the controls (for obvious reasons). It would defo be a good business descision on Sonys part!
No way!!! Nintendo won e3 2010 (if its the year I'm thinking of) where they showed something along the lines of 30 games. Ms redeemed themselves in 2011 with games i'd never expect them to show like Tomb raider and their kinect based reveals were actually good with gunsmith and mass effect 3. Also adding a brilliant YouTube app and continued Kinect support for ALL Tom Clancy games.
Compare MS 2010 conference to 2011's and they showed things that I think no one saw...
