If it has any exclusives that are worth my time then sure I'll give them a go. But I doubt I'd see any use for it with multiplats.
"It's great, but it's the game as a whole that has been undersold by the media."
You're saying this in an article that is literally telling people they shouldn't overlook it because of it's weather system and that despite technical issues the author loved it. My goodness what a mauling, lol. The cognitive dissonance this game is producing is it's greatest accomplishment.
I only watch shows sponsored by Mountain Dew.
If the ad is anything to go by this game is going to be a magnet for trolls.
Releasing development updates and progress is not something you expect of a project that is a scam. I've backed a fair few games that have fallen through and the one thing that happens every time is that they go dark for months and make no effort to communicate with backers. When they eventually post an update on their progress you see the project resembling something very different to what was originally shown/promised.
There's a lot to criticize about how the SC d...
"It really is $5 in my country"
And this country is which exactly? Because when you just use $ we all assume USD and make the assumption you're from the US.
"Look before you talk mate."
https://isthereanydeal.com/...
But if you've found a way to get it for $5 please show me how because that's one hell of a good deal for a game that's only months old. In the UK after the discounts it's £27.49 so either we're not in on this deal or you've misread.

Might want to be a bit clearer on which you're specifying next time.
"So you think the developers should cave to some whiny racist?"
I said I couldn't care less in both of my previous comments about either facial structure shown in the article being used in the final game and I doubt most of the people complaining about it are racist. They just had their own idea as to what Aerith would look like in a full remake and obviously this didn't fit what they'd imagined.
"I think their complaints are rather horrid"
Meh, this is the usual from Japan. From what little I can tell it seems like the complaints can vary from her looking too 'foreign' and that the face length is the main issue. A lot of people are pointing out though that FFVII does have a more westernized look for the main characters to begin with like with Cloud being blonde. With that said though blonde hair is stereotyped with being rebelious in Japan so it c...
"But alas, not all were happy, a small but vocal group in Japan was angered. The reason being, Aerith looked her age. Aerith in Final Fantasy VII is 22. She is an adult. But for some reason this little group wants her to look more like a child."
Yeah this is a w/e controversy. With that said If they change it to include the version they edited together I wouldn't care. This is such a non-issue.
Do not anger the Green Dragon!
This was written by someone with far too much time on their hands. Apparently they specialize in 'Physical, Single-player, 8th generation console games'.
LoL
Yeah this sounds like such an easy attempt to cash in by saying "Bad people at EA said bad thing".
@Ak91
Except they're so not. But if you'd like me to prove it I can go make an account myself and give Day's Gone a 1 out of 10 and you can say that's a valid review right?
"I don't want governments in the business of regulating games. At all."
Out of interest how literal are you in this statement? I can think of one good regulation being that China demands the drop rates in Loot boxes be made public which to me is good because itinforms the consumer o what the odds are of them receiving what they want while also still giving them the option to purchase it.
Regulation can be good and also destructive. It's...
"but now I’m on the side of banning them after seeing the industry flagrantly abuse them and getting worse with time"
What's your legal argument for banning them? See you want to disagree and say they should be banned but offer no reasoning that would hold up in a court of law to back yourself up. What reasoning would You provide that doesn't also have a knock on effect for things like gambling.
That's definitely a factor. One factor is that arcades are still big and there are lots of great games available there. Many places I've see actually have an ID Card which allows you to access your save data so it kind of shows just how much further it's gone compared to what we had in the west. To give an idea of how big arcades are we see some fighting games release in arcades ahead of physical releases by months.
Obviously as you mentioned when it comes to ho...
@Razzer
"I see no mention of non-4K bluray but one would assume it would be in the 30% range."
I'm sure it's higher and I should've specified in my comment the 5% was for 4k so thank you for the correction. However, my overall point still stands that Blu-ray attained a victory in a shrinking market but that overall it's inclusion in the PS3 does not in anyway change the fact that it had issues early in it's lifespan. If anyth...
Because N4G is pretty much Playstation town. Most of them aren't interested in big PC franchises like Total War and likely haven't even heard of them.
