Anyone who is/was interested in the Wii likely has one. Without new games coming out, anyone who has overlooked the Wii will have no reason to pick one up. Last AAA game for Wii was Brawl, IE a year ago.
So yes, the Wii market is saturated.
The problem with this is that the prices of games (at least in North America) have not gone up in price over the last 10-15 years.
I just found a box with my old NES and games inside, and there was a box for Super Mario 2, and it had a price sticker on it for $64.99 (I'm Canadian). Games now cost $59.99.
However the cost of producing a AAA game has increased exponentially, but the video game market penetration has increased as well.

The developers need to give the consumer a reason to buy a game new, instead of picking up a used copy.
Used games at gamestop are usually only $5 cheaper than the new version.
If a big new release is coming out, how about the Developer release some DLC along with the game's release. The NEW version of the game INCLUDES a redeemable code in the instruction manual so the consumer gets this DLC for free with his purchase of the game.
If he later gets tired...
PC games on minimal settings generally look better than the console versions anyways.

I'm about half way through it, and it has its strong points... graphics are definitly not one of them. The game looks very average.
OMG legend of Zelda TP got a 9 in graphics, it looks almost as good! That sounds so dumb I have a hard time writing it, similar to comparing Fable2's graphics to KZ2's.

However, just cause something sells well doesn't mean its the best or everything else needs to live up to it or be constanly compared to it, and for that Wii Fit is a great example.
