It's really too hard to tell what would be different if the 360 launched later, at least as far as manufacturing goes. If they've truly fixed the crash, thank god. That's all I could ever ask for, I love playing Warhawk. The game itself is incredibly polished, and the stability issues were really the only thing holding it back.
There are so many things wrong with this article.
First, it's completely anecdotal. There are no facts, or technical support for the story, nor is there any real credentials for Xanadu.
Second, this isn't news. There's not anything remotely new discussed in this article. It's actually worse than what we've seen before. Why even bother submitting it, and why even bother approving it? There were 6-7 reports when I reported the story.

Honestly, I doubt it's the announcement of a 360 version. I doubt they'll announce FF in 2007. And although it would be nice, I don't think it's going to be any news regarding FF7. Probably just an announcement of FF on the handhelds.
The 360 has plenty of merits, however most of the ones that Mr Marbles chose for his argument are extremely lackluster.
- Plays nice with iPod? Really, that's a compelling argument for the 360?
- Media Center compability? PS3 has this too now. This almost totally discredits this guy for me, does he even do research?

Ultimately, there's going to be several ways to interpret this ad. To me, it makes quite a bit of sense. I don't own a 360, and I'm not a negativist so I don't have much to say about their line-up. But wwhat I will say is that the PS3 is making a great and diverse offering of games this fall. Unless you have a very large video collection. WMP11 is by far the easiest to set up. A codec pack can allow WMP to play .MP4 audio. Nero MediaHome has been recognized to be very unstable. And I believe that TVersity requires UPnP to be turned on which creates conflicts for those who have WRT54G routers.
