Half the fun of NGII were the obscure and gruesome weapons. After playing that demo with just the three I though "Oh my god, this is brutal!". Then when I bought the game and found all the others I just fell in love.
Sometimes AI has to cheat to be able to offer a decent challege capable of improving the player without playing against a real opponent. Mario Kart on the other hand works in favour of the player too should they fall behind. You'll get your own constant array of stars, bullet bills and blue shells if you're falling behind.
It took myself quite a bit of time to get used to, and fall in love, with my Razer Naga two years prior to recieving this mouse. Within just the first day I could tell that giving myself the time to adjust would leave me putting the Naga back into its box.
I love my Naga, but the M.M.O.7 is just perfect in every way imaginable.
Are you trying to make me look like a fool?
Your wit pains me.
Powerstone!
Hi-five for the Dreamcast. Rest in peace my darling.
The way I see it, Pokémon is still primarily a kiddy game. Kids can't just willingly go out and buy a 3DS in the middle of summer/winter when this would launch. The install base of the original DS is obviously much higher too leading to more guaranteed sales. Plus it's pretty cruel offering you a sequel to your game on a different platform. That'd be a dick move.
Can't fault that logic.
They're very adjustable and can refect their light from a lot of things. If you wanted a very subtle effect then placing them BEHIND you single monitor pointing towards the back of the screen would refleft a small amount of light to the wall behind.
Watching them react to music is great when directly facing a wall and the third-party applications turn them into fantastic ambient mood lights for during the night too!
Strange. We have covered your top 3 as our only 3 so far. Your number 4 was our next. Bravo, Sir!
Sounds like something Steve Jobs would have done.
I've been meaning to pick them up during the Steam sales. I seem to miss them though.
Conviction was fantastic in my eyes! I remember being amazed by the ability to peek under the doors. Played the demo, got up from my chair and bought the full price version 10 minutes later. Nothing has ever made me do that before!
Maybe I should say I never played the others...
Depends how you look at it. It's still mostly kids who make or break the sales figures of the series. Kids can't just willingly buy a 3DS the moment this game comes out making a regular DS release more likely due to its much larger install base. At least in my eyes.
Executions have been pretty good this generation. Deus Ex and Space Marine both had fantastic kills. Gears wasn't bad, but I prefer the other two.
Fight against? He was my weapon of choice! Hiiiyahyahyahhhhhhhh!
Thank you very much!
Read our Sonic Generations review. Heck, read any Sonic Generations review. The game is superb fun!
Much obliged!
I remember laying eyes on it when it first released in the arcades, the screens used in the cabinets made the game look absolutely fantastic. Mind you it was the early days of HD gaming so my thoughts may be a little hazy by now.
