Well, for starters, those games that you mentioned uses PC engines, and 360 uses PC engines. Unlike PS3, most exclusive games from the PS3 uses custom engines tailored only for the PS3.
The reason why the PS3 is a programming hell for western developers is bec. it's not PC engine friendly. They don't like to be challenge that's why they are quick to dismiss the PS3.

If PSV can sell 1m units in 2 months or less, it'll overtake 3DS. 3DS took 13 weeks to sell 1m which is a bad start.

I stopped reading the article when I saw "smartphone gaming".
WAKE UP PEOPLE! There's a big difference between a NEED and a WANT! No matter what you do or say people will continue to buy smartphones whether they are gamers or not bec they are a NEED. They are used primarily for call and text, gaming is secondary. Even if DS, PSP, 3DS, and PSV do not exist, cellphones will continue to sell even old crappy ones.
So, this is actually a no brainer. This gaming hand...

What the freak? DMC3 is the best of all DMC, not even DMC4 comes close to it.
MGS2 is not as good as MGS1 'coz almost everyone was pissed off. Instead of Snake you are forced to use Raiden. >_<

Remasters is the process of improving an old product, adding features and fixing errors.
Rehash is just using an old product then repackaging it with a new name w/o doing any improvement or adding new features.

It's not ignorance. Not all people have internet connection nor do they want online play therefore it should just be a bonus.
Online multiplayer is not that important not unless the game is online play only like MAG or DC Universe online.
It's good that they settled. The dispute was ridiculous.
The police should be allowed to shoot to kill these guys. It would be more beneficial to the community as a whole than throwing them in jail while getting free meals out of the citizen's pockets.
Not a playstation pad but my Sega Saturn Nights controller connector. I was so frustrated while playing Nights. The controller was not responding properly. I was so mad I disconnected the controller and stomped on the connector.
It was the stupidest thing I've ever done. >_<
Thankfully it was still functioning but not without hiccups.
After that, I never did something so stupid again. Whenever I feel that my game is out of synch, I'll know that my hands ...

Guess this guy only played a few Japanese RPG then generalized them all.
He'll be singing a different tune if he ever got to play old PS gems like Tales series, Arc the Lad series, SRW series, Sakura Wars series and many others that never see the light of western releases. Actually, there are lots of Japanese RPGs now that are really good that will never see the light of western release and these will blow these western rpgs out of the planet. And they're low budget to boot. ...
