They do. I prefer a game that has good voice acting not with someone that talks in a monotone voice.
One of my current fav is Patrick Stewart's voice narration and voice acting for Zobel in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. His voice acting there is great. The way he narrates it feels that you are part of the story.
Publishers should continue to hire celebrities to do voice acting in games. It just adds greater value and experience.
Well, they have not discussed anything much about the OS, but I hope we can customize it. Please let it be customizable.

IIRC, Yoshida said earlier that it is possible to put 3D on PSV but that is not their focus now.
I personally don't want 3D on a handheld. I move too much and 3D requires that the screen to be stationary.

Well, it's good that developers make new IPs. This way they can broaden their imaginations, and try something different.
