Devs need to feed their families....REMEMBER?
Trying to get people to purchase digital, subscribe or purchase a higher priced edition for margins...It has begun!!!!(In the words of Shang Tsung)....This will become the new normal if everyone allows it to happen
Edit:sorry you were asking about gow... Which I haven't played
Playing on a One X myself, but is the fog supposed to be in this game? I swear for hours on end it looks like I'm playing a California wild fire... Is that a product of the broken HDR?
Still the best COD ever...
NPC's are NPC's there should be absolutely ZERO outrage if anyone decides to kill them in an open world game
Well when they just had some idiot spend $1,000 on COD points...they know their customers..
I still don't know how any "consumer" can be labeled "entitled." When you pay money for goods or services you have the right to have expectations. If anything Blizzard is acting "entitled" by revealing a cheap cell phone game made by some D list Chinese developers at their large conference.
Actual "entitlement" would be getting food stamps from the government and then complaining that you cannot use them to purchase alcohol. Gami...
You know a company is in back pedal mode when every day they comment on a project that hasn't been well received...DICE did the same thing after the BFV reveal.
I don't know your political affiliation and I am not commenting on it...but as a former long time resident of Illinois I got a chuckle out of that governors result. A lot of my family and friends hate Donald Trump because they claim he only looks out for the 1% only to go and vote for JB Pritzker who is wealthier than the Donald(I know Rauner is wealthy as well) but I got a kick out of that.
Doesn't surprise me. I lived in the Chicago suburbs most of my life. Illinois as a state is broke because of social programs so they try and tax the shit out of everything.
So Bondsmx...a closed event counts as a launch review? Did you learn nothing from Battlefield 4? These games should not and cannot be reviewed until a public server is launched
How'd they even review it? Did they play 1v1 team death match with a buddy? I didn't think the servers were active yet.
Youtube is a joke
Its such a dream they outsourced to a Chinese company to make the game
Forced tutorials are my problem. I don't mind if the story has a slow build up but I don't want to be forced to spend five hours learning basic game play that can be explained in a menu.
I swear game devs cut out instructional booklets with games to save money only to spend more money making long tutorials in the game
Chapter one and chapter 2 are tutorials and for the life of me I hate tutorials... But the open world is fun. Just wish games would put these tutorials in the menu and not force hours of gameplay with them.
Erase him from history, burn his books and tear down his statues!!!!!! This is obviously the only rational response to deal with history that we don't like!
;)
The only entitled party here is Activision/Blizzard for taking a beloved franchise and trying to cash in on microtransactions heaven aka cell phone gaming(not to mention putting some no name Chinese D league company on the project) . Guess they needed to follow EA and their Command and Conquer cell phone garbage.
Game as a service....I will wait till the beta phase is over to try it.
