But i will never forget the fanboys saying reach looks better than killzone 2 after the first gameplay footage was released. I have reach and it clearly isnt even close.

I agree 110% That is exactly how I feel about Polyphony.
No it is noticeable in reach. For example walk looking down at the ground texture and notice a mysterious invisible clarity line that makes things clearer up close while noticeably blurry only past 15 feet in front of you. Either it's the engine or it's because my xbox only has component which I highly doubt either way this is my honest unbiased observation.
Its pretty cool and challenging on legendary but why is this game just so blurry? It looks compressed to high hell. That tech they are using where when you are far away from a object the details are less defined is very noticable to not so far away objects. Its like when you get to a certain distance it starts to get its details but when you are not close enough you can notice the blurriness. Its actually kind of annoying.

And that is good for people that might want to back up their hard drive.
That might just be for the multiplayer like the site suggests. Each single player level in killzone 2 is 2 GB's.
The only drawback was that it was so short. Still right after I beat it I beat it again on the hardest difficulty. I never do that for games. I really enjoyed heavenly sword.
Heavenly sword has really great charachter models and cutscenes. They are still top of the line imo.

So nearly double the rez of forza 3 with double the amount of cars on track at once with weather and day/night cycles only translates to "hardly" better graphics than forza in your mind? I really do think you need to get your head out of your console of choice.
