I can't argue that his performance in the Alpha. He sounds really bored.
I did rewatch the E3 2014 trailer. They added some form of filter to his voice and it sounds much better.
I'm not blaiming the acting rather it seems like poor writing/directing is more to blame.
I don't expect everyone to agree.
I have seen games run excellently and even impressed me at times. I've seen some excellent ports of indie games for the platform.
In terms of AAA. Certainly was impressed with Killzone at the time and Uncharted. Heck I loved Tearaway.
With Borderlands 2, it's a massive, massive game. I expected sacrifices to be made to even try to get it to run properly. For what it's worth I thought it was impressive ...
I'm disappointed in this review and for some other reviews.
- It's a no brainer that this port is going to be inferior in comparison to the PS3/360/PC versions. It's buggy, has framerate issues, 2 player co-op etc.
- Whenever I see a reviewer such as this one give it a very harsh score. I can't help but think that they don't appreciate the effort and accomplishment made to try even get the game to run on the platform at all.
Way too early for them to release a sequel for next year. Uncharted might release next year.
Say something positive, nobody bats an eyelid. Critique even one tiny thing about the game and everybody loses their mind.
I haven't watched it yet but thinking about the AI I did notice some issues with them. Main one being Ellie being noticeable to AI in some instances. AI not noticing her or any other ally AI seems weird and immersion breaking but on a gameplay stance it could be really annoying. Especially if you want to circumvent some AI.
By all means, the A...
@KonsoruMasuta - Of course not. I should have clarified that these are people I personally talked to, not the whole majority of the 3DS population that own one. They bought it because it had games they liked along with an attractive price point.
They didn't buy it because of the features the device offered. One person I talked to turned the 3D off because he was getting headaches from it. He still loves it though.
The 1st point is the main reason why people bought a 3DS. Got nothing to do with being unique or innovative.
Games and the price point of the device is why it's selling well. The 3DS is cheaper than the Vita and has a much bigger library of games than the Vita.
The people I've talked to whom owned a 3DS do not give a toss about what tech or innovations the 3DS has. They bought it because Nintendo has strong support for their handhelds or because they know that...
Yeah the platinum requires you to play a competitive MP match and a co-op MP match. Co-op you have to buy separately on the F2P version.
On the full game you do not have to buy anything for the platinum since everything (except for the micro-transactions) is included.
I disagree with those saying that SRIV sucks.
It's very obvious that SRIV is very over the top and silly. It's not ment to be taken seriously which is the main problem that I have with the complaints. Did you want another blatant GTA clone in that case?
I don't mind that it's stupid and silly or that it's not like the original games, at the end of the day if the gameplay is fun and rewarding, stuff it. It works for me regardless of whether you like...
This would probably sum up the complaints about SR3 and SRIV.
I know, I don't care though.
I'm not selling my Vita.
"Wesker vs Leon"
Shouldn't that be Wesker vs Chris?
I actually did enjoy it. Honestly I didn't mind the crazy factor of it. Some people don't like the OTT nature that the game had but to me I'm glad they had the balls to go over the top.
I'm actually looking forward to the title.
I honestly don't care that it doesn't take itself seriously. If it's a good game and is fun then screw it.
If I wanted serious I'd play any other game in my game collection. Sometimes I just wan...
I SO want this game!
Uncharted was actually a good title if you take away the gimmicks.
It's not a port or a remake. It's a new game from an already established IP.
No
That would be quite awesome.
@SlapHappyJesus - Yes there are still people playing it. People mainly come back to it due to the Labs which consists of either weapon modes or new maps. I'd say that the support is still fantastic.
One lab we played was some form of dodgeball but with grenades. Nearly everyone loved that mode.
The article itself is satire but Intel pulling advertising from Gamasutra did actually happen.
