What's true, the previous comment or the thought that it will be in WW1?
Well, That's your opinion. I think as the FPS crowd goes, this game is gonna rock the socks off of the intended audience. It's a simple tried and true formula. Shoot monsters, die, save the world. Rinse and repeat. I cannot wait for it personally.
You're lying. There are tons of people playing this every day since launch. I should know I play it too.
It would only be 20, and half don't use it anyway. But, I wish they would just put it in there and let us decide if we want to use it.
I bought it and I love it. I also have about 40 other games and I don't cry over spending $60 on something. I got my moneys worth. It met my criteria. A) it's Star Wars. B) It's online Multiplayer. C) I have fun when I play it. I also don't require every game to be super deep so I have to spend 200 hundred hours on it. I don't have that kind of time any more. But like I said it isn't as bad as people are making out.
I'm sorry, but the millions and millions they continue to make in sales proves you incorrect. Whether you like it or not. But, listening to that idiot screaming at the other players in that E-sports video makes everyone who enjoys these games look foolish.
I know really. WTF. Any Online FPS NEEDS voice comms.
To those saying they thought it would sell because of the Star Wars name, guess what? It does. Also, the game sold pretty well and that's even after many played the Beta and were disappointed about certain features not being in the game. SO it's not as if people were duped into buying something.
Firstly, you don't put a title like " New Star Wars Battlefront DLC Doesn’t Live Up To Movie Hype" first and then in the opening paragraph ask "Does it live up to the hype?" goofballs. Secondly, the game is pretty darn good. It's a game about Star Wars, it doesn't need to be a life altering experience. If you don't like it play something else.
Eh, He's entitled to his opinion. I do think (As others have said) that people are just hyping themselves into misery where games are concerned. For the record, I have all of those games (Except Mario) and I liked all of them. But, everything can't be for everyone. I really enjoyed Game of Thrones. Although Tell Tale seems to be making 50 different games and can't keep up with putting out an episode in a reasonable amount of time. That alone will affect people's opinions negat...
I thought it was great. The game just needed a few elements to be more fleshed out and expanded upon. It definitely was not 5 hrs long. I'm pretty good at games in general and I took at least 8-9 hours and that's plenty enough for a linear one player game. I hope the make a larger sequel, I'll be in.
Well, I have also had every PS system that came out. Even Nintendo, Sega, And many others (I'm Kinda Old!) But, As an adult who shelled out and still does shell out plenty of dough for games and hardware to Sony, I can say I have not been disappointed at all. But I'm a working adult (Not saying anyone else on here isn't), but maybe I just have begun gaming less "Seriously" over the years. I read articles like this one and wonder what the hell some people want? I look at ...
Many did. Haha.
Incorrect. But if that's your opinion.
Exactly. Looks like we'll be lining up at Best buy to demo it next year! LOL.
What are you wanting to "See".
Well, the author of this sounds dead set against this no matter what from what I read. But another way to look at this is just more of an extension of PSNow. You're still paying for the games again, but they are upgraded with trophy support ect. This required some work on their part. Truthfully, It's nice to have more options. I have many, many PS2 games as well as two working systems myself. I never have had the inclination to play any of them. The only things I would throw my money ...
I have just about every FPS game out there. I can tell you I find Battlefield to be the best one. I always play it over most others. But, because I like Star Wars, It automatically wins as my only SW choice at the moment for when I would like some mindless fun, I feel the same about COD. When a better one comes out, I'll pick it up. But really, I feel I've already gotten my monies worth. I'm sorry so many people feel otherwise. I guess it's a matter of perspective.
Please, SOCOM with nice new servers and War of the Monsters!
Never understood people bitching about everything before anything even happens.
