I don't really have any loyalty to the PS4, it was the console all my friends were getting and I wanted to play with them. I would absolutely own one if they were cheaper, but right now I need to be REALLY sure before I part with that kinda money, especially when I will probably need to buy a new car within a year (I'm driving a 24 year old Camry).

Blizzard is the partner company of Activision, so technially they also do Starcraft, Warcraft, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch etc.
They also do Destiny, Tony Hawk and the Transformer games.
They're not as diverse as companies like EA or Ubisoft, but I'd say Activision has a pretty good line-up of titles...
They're definitely the kings of making money right now.

They do, they started the Call of Duty Endowment off with $1 Million and donate to it regularly. They also have been selling Call of Duty dog tags where all proceeds go to the endowment for some time now.

I would say that Sony's conference was good, it just wasn't the smackdown that certain individuals on this site are claiming it was.
Microsoft and Sony both had great conferences.
That said, if I hand to choose a winner it would be MS, the backwards compatibility announcement and the support for PC mods really carry's a lot of weight in my opinion.
Both Microsoft and Sony absolutely brought their A Game, this is hands down the best E3 in nearly a decade.
This year pretty much EVERYBODY is liking MS's show, it's one of the best I've seen in years.
I feel like Sony will absolutely have a killer showing as well, but with the gauntlet thrown down so hard already they're going to need to really bring their A-Game in order to wow people.
This E3 has gotten me giddy for the first time in years.
I can imagine Hearthstone getting a lot of use out of this as well.
