Yep. Siege is ridiculously fun and addicting when you actually get to play it, but the matchmaking is hand's down some of the worst I've ever seen.
Unfortunately Ubisoft may be stereotyping ya'll.
It's speculated that the Canadian defender's ability is....a bear trap :/
Ghosts was easily the worst (and most jingoistic) CoD in history, it's going to take a LOT to make me even consider purchasing it, otherwise I'm going to stick to BO3, because Treyarch seem to know what they're doing in the fun department.
That's your opinion, and you're entitled to it.
I disagree however, this is the most interesting multiplayer game in years and a much better entry in the Rainbow Six series than either of the Vegas games IMO.
Granted, the game DOES lack content for it's price, a price point of $40 would probably be a lot more attractive, but for what it's worth there's free DLC on the way.
Actually, this is probably going to go down as one of the most egregious security breaches in internet history.
Wow Valve, you ****ed up.
You know, I would LOVE a CoD game set during the Korean War. It's a time period often not explored, it's at a weird point technologically where things like computers, jets and assault rifles were JUST coming into play while at the same time still having a lot of WWII tech around as well.
Plus you've got a ton of varied geography to choose from, from the forests of South Korea to the icy mountains of the north, to the varying city-scapes and the Demilitarized Zone....
I especially enjoyed the plot.
I'm the same way, I was highly skeptical of this game before I played Siege, but after experiencing what is ostensibly the most interesting multiplayer game I've played in years, I now have a bit of faith in Ubisoft.
Oh man, the Pizza Cutter is SOOOOOO good on a strength build.
Frankly, I never saw what people saw in Vegas. It was a huge departure from the original series and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
This is way closer to the Rainbow Six games of old.
A greater diversity of game modes.
Better net-code and matchmaking.
Re-balancing the operators, some are useless.
Make a mic REQUIRED in ranked matches.
Which is a shame because the Order was hand's down, the most disappointing game of 2015 for me, and easily takes a spot on my top 5 worst.
The game offered nothing unique other than it's setting, it's gameplay was ripped straight from other more successful third person shooters and it's ludicrously short campaign offered little to no replay value and had easily one of the worst endings I've ever seen.
It was a big commercial success....
Too much Waifu will ruin your Laifu.
And the award for person who has obviously not played the game goes to.
Smeargle, there is no "everywhere else" the rest of the planet is completely uninhabitable. In Mothership Zeta you could look down at the world and basically EVERYTHING other than the US is completely charred.
North America (and more specifically the US) IS Fallout.
That said, The US DID Annex both Mexico and Canada, so there's a possibility of them taking place there.
Siege is in a very weird place right now. It's gameplay is addicting and different from almost any other modern shooter. What it does well it does REALLY well.
However, the lack of content in it means that unless it receives a steady stream of that free DLC content, it's going to end up exactly like Evolve.
I really want Siege to succeed because I would like to see more games like this made, but the game NEEDS post launch support or it's gonna f...
This would implode the internet.
The horrible inconsistent matchmaking and servers were enough to deter me until I hear they've been fixed.
