I wouldn't say their useless...they're still very effective in objective gamemodes like Domination or Hardpoint.
Underbarrel grenade launchers...now those are fecking useless.
It's even easier to get a high kill streak in Battlefield....all you need is a tank...that's it that's all.
This is why I just cannot get excited for The Division anymore....Ubisoft is so full of it I'd be surprised if even HALF of the stuff they've showed off in the trailers makes it into the full game.
