This didnt impress me as much as the Unreal GDC tech demo did. That said we're still a year away and the game looks great of course. Also, the song rocked.
As far as Im concerned though Alan Wake holds the graphical crown for 360, despite what Cliffy B says.
campaign was never Bungie's strong suit, but god damn you got a good game for Halo 3. Cant wait galaxy 2.

Im loving the diversity in environments for Castlenvania, also it looks very good. God of War though, has too much attention to detail in the models and environments. The lighting is also stunning, and shadows are the best in any game to date on the PS3. And thats all not considering the scale. At times, GOWIII borders on looking like CGI, and its pretty ridiculous.
The fact is that sure, Castlevania wont look as good as GOWIII. However, most PS3 games (bar maybe Uncharted 2) don...
Im not a huge fan of this series. Its good but I simply believe its over-rated. Halo and Mass Effect define what the 360 means to me (Alan Wake and Splinter Cell are also looking awesome), regardless Ill still play gears 3 just like the other 2, because they are good games...
Its important to note that Sony traditionally focuses on PSN related news at Gamescom. PSP has also always shared equal presentations at E3, TGS, and Gamescom. I also doubt they would devote more than 2 minutes to the PS2.
As for the Move, they've already revealed the hardware. For Sony, all E3 is going to be about is software. PSP software, maybe 1 or 2 Move titles (the games that should sell people on the Move, if you will), and PS3 software of course.
This is seriously disappointing.
Ill be REALLY impressed if Halo: Reach beats Halo 3. But I wouldnt be surprised.
Also, yay for Red Dead Redemption and Fallout: New Vegas!

I want to see Agent. I want The Last Guardian as a confirmed 2010 release. I want the new Twisted Metal announced. I want to see what Irrational is working on. I also want to see what Retro is working on.
And of course, the new Zelda.
All of them up to 4 were amazing, and RE5 was an awesome action game too. And yes, that includes Nemesis to all you haters.
Still gonna miss the battle rifle though :(
Sure the story of Uncharted 2 isnt on the same level of MGS or Bioshocl, but the story complements the game universe perfectly. Anything more or less wouldnt be right.
Furthermore, as mentioned, its the story-telling in U2 that makes the narrative so strong. It really made me love the characters so much, which made the gameplay resonate with me even more. Oh ya, and U2 also has a perfect ending unlike most games this generation.
