Did Uncharted load the game during cut scenes? Because I remember skipping the cut scenes on some play-through but I dont remember the game loading at all. I could be wrong though.
It REALLY bothered me in HL2.
Honestly the only thing I can see them improving for Uncharted 3 is the AI. It stuck out as unpolished compared to the rest of the game and made the stealth parts a bit weak (even though its better than most games). Im very interested in seeing where they take the the next game, and if they can improve the game as drastically as they did with the second (if thats possible).

Its an action game with amazing story telling. Yeah...its going to have an effect. Half Life and Bioshock had the same effect as well.
Actually, the physics system in this game is pretty new. Large scale objects can actually move through a level, not just with a passing background. You have to adjust your aim and movement, and the parts in U2 that use are simply the best (the train, car chase, and collapsing building). Its too bad they didnt get to use it a lot, but whats there makes some of the best set pieces Ive ever seen in gaming.
No, I mean if a third party publisher or an independent developer wants to make a new IP, going exclusive can sometimes really help. You DO get the support of a first party publisher. I remember there used to be loads of Ratchet and Clank bundles in the PS2 days, and the commercials were plentiful and very well-made. The same goes for the crazy support Sony gave to GTA.

I just think sometimes, with a new IP, it IS smart to be exclusive to a console, because then you get first party support.

Finally, the next big blockbuster console game from them. Its been 3 years since MGS4 and I really want another game from them, and see them put influence from other games that have come out since. I love the fact that he actually tells us its going to be an original game or MGS5, it has me super excited either way. A small teaser at TGS would nice too.
Third-party exclusives from major publishers are simply dying. Even Ubisoft said the next Splinter Cell will be on PS3. I also think that after the Mass Effect trilogy ends on 360, there will be a port of some kind to PS3. The same goes for FFXIV. I even question FF Versus XIII.

how is that even possible? Regardless, this game looks amazing and the gameplay looks unique and innovative. Its still a day 1.

please no. The last thing we need is the internet to get set on fire again with the R vs GeoW debate. Id like for R3 to be a holiday 2011 title along with inFAMOUS so that Uncharted can get an extra 6-12 months of development time.
