from what I heard at Gamestop when I got this... the clerk was saying something about another company starting to go the Code route... they believe it is to compete with the "Used" game market. as in you need to buy a new copy of the game to have the code or if you purchase a used copy you must than purchase a new standalone code as the previous code that originally came with it is spent...
or something like that... I dunno I was so blazed when I went in there.
the stock to buy would be Sony.... alot of people have sold their shares because of the earthquake...
and I believe Sony in the next few months will be right back on process... as they are most likely only effected right now by the power outages... but yeah, Sony stock cheap doesn't happen often....
I'm going to have to say I like the game....
the single-player isn't nothing new to me anyways... I'm sort of desensitized from actual real combat in Iraq...
so yeah, the controversial stuff like shooting parents in front of babies didn't really effect me.
I've gotten like half way through the Campaign... and it's ok... Very similar to Half-Life the way the game progress's but yet at the same time in a strang...
that is weird.. but regardless people should understand the situation in Japan.. and be patient...

the codes don't work because it was delayed by the disaster in Japan... deal with it... because they're dealing with alot more.
they have some very valid points... but 4.9 it isn't that bad... at minimum give it a 6..
in a strange way the SP reminded me of Condemned: Criminal Origins.... just the way it is controlled, and the feel of it... also, finding those newspapers....
but, yeah I still don't think it's deserves 4.9
GameInformer and IGN both gave it a 7.0... But, I will make my own assessment after I play somemore.

I understand chucking grenades into well known hiding areas and stuff. and if I have a grenade equipped and a dude comes around the corner i'll drop it in front of me... I'd rather kill myself than give him the kill...
but this dude is supposed to be good or something (hence the custom shirt/chance to play Socom 4)... he started off like 0-6 just tossing grenades around...
I dunno the gameplay was cool and the footage was awesome... i just wish we...
dude in the second video needs to learn how to play... chucking grenades might get you a kill and some assists... but your ass will get shot real quick in the open like that...
game looks good.. I liked the diving into the prone position.

hence why directors are titled directors because they DIRECT.... whether it's in front of the camera or behind the camera. the Director directs the Actor/Actress on what to do during the current scene....

as anyone tried the Condemned series?? not sure if it technically qualifies as Survival Horror... probably not, but it has the elements, kinda freaky... especially the first one..
But the classics are the classics and Parasite Eve is on PSN now that's sweet..
