All other solutions are there to try and get proper aa for cheaper than supersampling, problem is.. they blur detail.
Supersampling or MSAA is the only way to properly do this.

I Really hope crytek fix things all of them. To me they have done no harm.
I wish them nothing bad. I personally think any dev is a good dev. Theres no sense in Putting down a good dev when they're down, their engine rocks and they are loaded with talent.

This looks good compared to OG crysis Buuut... its 7 years later. and the plant movement in the original crysis was based on physics calculations for wind concussion waves from grenades and projectiles as well as player interaction.
Also this map seems to be only about 50 yards of foliage in a skybox, OG crisis was putting out miles of draw distance in realtime. Id love to see how this runs with about 100X more of the map present.

Why is it here that graphics only matter when comparing the xbox one to the ps4?
From everything ive read here on n4g graphics matter A LOT when people are talking about the ps4s superiority to the xbox one.
But when a PC article comes around, the graphics no longer matter and its much more about gameplay n stuff. and "broken toys being all kids need" as plutonash says.

Its actually much quicker to setup on pc then an install on consoles not sure why. Click download on origin or steam and voila 30 mins later (edit:if that!)your game is ready to play. No setup necessary
If you've been building pcs all these years you have a copy of windows. BLADE IT. Reinstall. Done.
takes like 30 mins for an experienced Builder, shorter if you've been doing it for 16 years.
couple hours auto updating all your crap and you are finished.

Coming from a technical standpoint they certainly are.
You guys must not like the Art style which can look a little flat at times.
I find the city to be packed to the brim with geometry advanced shaders post processing and lighting.
It all looks fantastic to me. But I really do have a background in the graphical side of things.

I love this game, I watched the story trailer and fell in love.
I love everything about this game I find the characters to be well acted, including blaskowitz especially blaskowitz. This to me really is the game that idtech 5 was made for. This game so far has been superb. 9.8 out of ten from me, and I am a halflife kinda guy,
This is right up there with halflife for me. The story/flow of the game really gets me goin.
I threw a 750ti at the PhysX and now the problems are gone. Memory management is the main issue with this game. plus most pc players refuse to turn off the NVidia features.
I'm running the game maxed 1080P on a 680/750ti PhysX and virtually all the performance issues stopped.
before I did that turning off the NVidia features worked nicely too.
ATI users is a whole other story, no idea what they're going through.
