These games are for the most part fairly simple (as in they stay true to their concept and dont deviate), something to be said for that for sure.

I refuse to judge this game till i play it. Ive loved all of them so far so i think this will likely be a great game as well. I thought it was just fine the way it was before. very fun game.
Why would they need to spin anything? The new 360 came out this month, if it didnt have a surge in sales it would have been really really odd. Either way i still expected the 360 to do better than that. When teh PS3 slim came out in september it sold nearly 500k, these 360 numbers are no where near that.

What difference does it make to you at all? If i had an old 360 and played it lots i would upgrade to the new one too as its got new features and its less likely to break.

Why the fuck does a developer deserve the money made a second time from a sale, let alone a third or fourth time? They already sold it once and were paid well for it. THis is just the stupidest argument ever.
The games are sold on the basis that they will be used, the person on the end that is using it makes 0 difference. If you want me to not sell my games, then give me a reason to keep them. If they dont like it, well then you start buying it back from me and reselling ...
