I think I saw some other ingame footage and it was rather impressive graphically...But the proof is in the pudding, lets see what its really lik once its out.
Thing is any game can be amazing but it all depends how much time devs are willing to spend on a game and how long you guys are willing to wait.
Its missing the option called 'REFERENCE LEVELS' which you can ONLY get on HDMI enabled Xbox 360's, the HDMI 360's have a digital upscaler called HANA.
Its very important to have the reference levels option because you could have a washed out look like VGA usually has, what this option does is give you 3 options to increase the colours and look:
Standard
Intermediate
Expanded
Expanded is the best option for the best colours.
Is a fad and a joke, PS3 fanbabies need to get over it, the CPU is not even optimised for gaming, its primary purpose is for multi work loads not gaming.
Also the GPU is 1yr behind in technology and features of the 360 GPU and on top of that there is a problem with bottleneck on the memory XDR and DDR??? WTF??
And it also helps a bit more if the person who tooks those pics actually used a HDTV as well...

The thing is Oblivion has tons of potential to be constantly be played if the developers just continue to give is DLC.
The sniper rifle in HALO 3 is much more easier to use I can even pull off no scopes much easier!

Continue to bash the Xbox 360 may I remind all of you that its the 360 with all the top exclusives, its the 360 that now has the top Japanese support, its the 360 that has exclusive games like Mass Effect a HUGE RPG that is one disc and who cares if its on multiple? Is it the end of the world?
I rather have shorter load times and more than 1 disc then to sit around and wait for a game to load and then have to install around 5gb or more of the game for it to be 2secs quicker.

I am playing all my games at 1080i and you know what I can see? Awesome visuals...However gameplay wise that is something that is very crucial as well.
Put in Bioshock and WOW same goes for gears and HALO 3's lighting.
I dont see the fuss in all this personally considering many of you can't even tell the differences anyways.
For the extra £50 you get 20gb more hard drive space, 2 more USB ports, an actual PS logo that moves and the engraved in the plastic PS3 logo and the memory slots.
So my point is I think its stupid having the 40gb and getting rid of the 60gb.

Well I paid £425 for mine I think a month after it was out and got nothing with it only my free Casino Royale movie which is very very good. I also paid additional for the insurance warranty thing at GAME (You never know what could happen).
I guess now those that are crossed between a PS3 and an Xbox 360 will be able to make a better judgement on what they want i.e. HD movie player built in, wireless, usb ports etc or whether they want the Xbox 360 for all the games it has...
I dont recall Resistance Fall of Church raking in $300 million in its first week, or having celebraties go to its launch at different parts of Europe, or have people waiting in queues outside the stores or even selling out in some stores in the USA.
