Good to see this one has gone EXACTLY as planned.
Oh my God! Someone actually read it!
Mental problems, yes. But 'serious'? Are you sure?
HE'S DRESSED UP AS A BAT.
I wasn't saying 'pot meet kettle', just that if you don't agree you're lucky enough to be able to ignore me and go read thousands of other piece at the click of a mouse. Yet you apparently prefer to focus your attention on work you don't like, then wonder why people keep writing more of it.
Maybe that's why games journalism seems broken to you.
Aren't you complaining about the complaining about the complainers?
Oh, when will it end?
And that isn't all it does. It also makes a lot of positive points about the state of games journalism today.
I'm sure his work would be as popular as his comments.
Mine's bigger. And I'm not crying.
There's just something in my eye.
I got as far as him saying 'Those Are Some Nice Nuts' is an unacceptable headline and just… stopped reading. Humour in games journalism is 'unacceptable' now? Remember people, games are NOT about fun.
Haha! You can hold me to that, mate. Ha!
I have watched it with my own eyes.
Also, it has nothing to do with comparisons to Forza 3. Looking better than Forza 3 isn't enough to serve a killer blow because Forza 3 isn't an especially good looking game anyway.
It has to look better than ANYTHING if Sony wants to show the world that the 360 is old hat. And it does not.
Missed the chance to really put the 360 on the ropes. I'm not saying GT5 is a failure in and of itself – it will still be successful and make a ton of money – but it's not going to make the 360 look obsolete in the way that it perhaps should have done.
Not even gonna spell 'magazine' right either.
It's an opinion on GT5's graphics and how important they could be for its potential as a system seller, that's HOW.
Hello DirtyLary, I am the author of this article. I have a strong network, which does not present these issues in other games, most notably Modern Warfare 2.
And my headphones are Astro A40s, which are about the best gaming headphones you can get.
So what was your point?
What Activision servers? I'm pretty sure COD has always been peer-to-peer. If Activision provided servers, that would fix a lot of them problems. But it would take A LOT of servers.
I used to work in a games shop. Sometimes we literally had to spray air freshener over people. This would be a good policy I think.
That's a good call actually. That game is tough.
Well, y'know, emo-goths covers all bases, doesn't it?
The point of this review, I think, is EXACTLY that the new features in Rock Band 3 do NOT try to make songs fun to pick up and play. It tries to simulate real guitar, and that this is pointless.
But it's still fun to play the old fashioned way, hence the HIGH score.
Played ME1, haven't really got around to ME2 yet.
Pray tell, what ON EARTH is your point?
