The original Left4dead was in development for a long time. Im kinda getting a milking feeling when the second game comes out only a year later. I could buy this game for PC if i want to as i did with the original, but i really feel like its to early, and im afraid its just gonna be more of the same, maybe adding a couple of game modes.
As if you have any inside information. You are just another fanboy without a clue. And ofcourse you had to specify that Killzone 2 was posible on 360 hardware even though that didnt have anything to do with what maldread said.
And btw you dont have a clue if it is possible on 360 either because, A: you dont know anything about programming
B: you did not make the game, and neither have you made any game on 360 or ps3
C: you have no clue how different PS3 and 360 archi...
Im glad they werent the talk of the show. Because Halo ODST looked kinda boring. Probably was one of the worse games they showcased. And ofcourse i just managed to piss of the entire Halo fanbase. But hey, thats just an opinion guys, so chill.
That certainly wouldnt surprise me. After ME2 didnt show up on MS press conference it wouldnt surprise me if it showed up on the Sony conference instead. However it would surprise me if that is their "big" announcement. I certainly think Sony has bigger things to show then a game going multiplatform.
Its not so much downplaying as it is disarming the 360 fanboys. Because thats really the kind of announcement that this is. Its an announcement that fanboys on 360 side is going to hype up as much as they can and the sony fanboys are going to try and make it seem as pointless and lame as possible. In reality its somewhere in between. Its a great announcement for the 360 fanbase, but its not the megaton they will claim it is.
Very impressive graphics. However one should keep in mind that GT5p runs at 1280x1080(or something similar) Compared to the 720p in Forza3. Also GT5 graphics are going to be better then GT5 prolouge. But im definately impressed with what they are doing with Forza3. So its going to be exciting to see how GT5 and Forza 3 will compare to eachother. Hopefully we'll find out at Sonys press conference.
MS press conference surely met and/or exceeded expectations, but it wasnt any better then that i believe Sony will have a just as good showing, and hope for an even better.
MS showed Splinter Cell: Conviction, Alan Wake, Forza 3, Halo ODST, and had CG teasers of Left for dead2, Crackdown 2 and Halo Reach. Atleast thats what i remember from the top of my head. And ofcourse im not counting multiplat titles like Modern Warfare 2.
We know Sony will show Uncharted 2, God...
So far all we have seen of the game has been pretty low res. The game definately looks good, but how good it looks is to early to tell. And the people claiming it almost look like CG are probably gonna get disappointed when they see this game in HD
Looks really good. Gran Turismo definately got some competition. But we have yet to see how the real GT5 will look like, so anything can happen.
I did not however like the cokkiness(wont let me spell it correctly) of the guy showing the game on stage at the MS press conference. So i kinda hope Sony shows GT5 and make that guy shut the fook up.
No way they are showing resistance 3 yet. Not gonna happen. Next E3 though it will be there in action.
Every company shows some statistics on how they are doing in their conference. Whats new about that? 2 hours is still longer then the other conferences nomather how you put it. Ofcourse its not gonna be 2 hours of game announcements. Its not gonna be 1 hour of game announcements on nintendos conference and not 1 and a half on microsofts. Its not like people dont know this.
Not to mention that Microsoft is going to use half their conference showing multiplatform titles.
With Sony however, we know its 2 hours with only playstation products.
Yea its probably a london based game. And also the trico footage was shown almost 2 years ago and several people have seen it. Unlike this game which has supposedly been kept much more secret.
People who assumed that simply didnt pay attention. It was stated time after time after time that it was not heavy rain and that it was an unannounced game.

Yes there are some good games here. But most of them are coming to the PC. I understand that for people who dont have a good gaming rig the PC might not be a viable platform, but for us who owns a good/decent gaming rig, there simply isnt enough exclusives to justify a purchase. Except for DLC and live arcade games the only true exclusives on this list is Halo ODST and Halo Chronicles which we dont even know if its going to be at E3 or if its even still being made. Actually im guessing they might be refering to Alan Wake in particular. That game i actually think will blow people away. Lets hope they are not so foolish to show the PC version claiming its running on 360 hardware. Wouldnt really surprise me. Nomather, im really excited about that game.
eh guys. You know, just because they start 5 minutes earlier doesnt mean its the first 5 minutes of the conference that will get the "special surprise". So just because the conference start with music doesnt mean thats the addition.
Or maybe Epic is just there to announce a multiplat game. You never know with Microsoft. But then again MS needs third party exclusives to stay in the battle vs sony. They might have dumped alot of cash on them as usual. Regardless, im excited to see what they will show.
If sony shows the Rockstar exclusive game, then im afraid my head might blow. And if Kojima truly has a game exclusively for the PS3 aswell then, my head will implode. However i think kojima is only gonna reveal a PSP game for now. Maybe MGS5 at next E3.
