I'm a sucker for style. I know I'm the kind of guy who would play or game or watch an average movie if its stylish. For instance Only God Forgives is a very average movie, but I couldn't resist it simpy because of the art style.
Same goes for Suda 51 games, the art style for me compensates for the lack of depth. Back in the day I bought a Xbox just to play Jet Set Radio Future. It wasnt the best game in he world but it was so stylish its one of my favourite games....

Im no big fan of fighting games but KI got me completely hyped. The last time I bought a fighting game was Soul Calibur 2 on the Gamecube

Its not just having a lot of exclusives. I couldn't care less for 80% of PS exclusives. Games like Twisted Metal, Starhawk, MAG, PS Battle Royale (I think thats the name) Motorstorm, LBP Karting, Resistance series etc etc arent games that stand out whatsoever.

I doubt Epic would be going Sony Exclusive. I dont see MS and Epic abandoning such an "epic" partnership like they had this gen.
That said you never know, Crytek may just be MS's new Epic and Ryse will become the Xbox One's Gears of War.
If Gears ever goes multiplat I'm pretty sure they have something else planned as a compensation.

Halo coming out on the Xbox back in the day was a completely different context, environment, ecosystem or whatever you want to call it than todays videogame landscape.
I would be surprised if it ever does become bigger than Halo.

MS said 15 exclusives for the first year and they actually showed them.
Sony said 20 exclusives to one up MS but 15 of them are 10$ looking indie games.
