360 uses the same development structure as PC, which has been around for decades there isn't anything that would bust developers balls to help them understand the system.
The fact is the 360 is starting to show its' limits after only 2.5yrs on the market.

I thought HDD installations were a drawback from getting into the game? Remember all the endless laughter from 360 fanatics when DMC4 had it? Totally ignoring the fact that it increases the games overall performance.

I guess you missed the interview where Dan Houser was asked how they fit GTA4 on a DVD, he said "magic and their compression tools".
I laughed hard at the "magic" comment.
Going into the future, not all developers are going to continue performing magic to make their games fit cuz it's only going to get bigger and more frustrating.
So if you refuse to believe that the tech of today will remain as is in the coming years, then you're very close minded.

I've said the same thing numerous times on this site, but of course it just ignored because it's the truth.
Here we have a developer who openly admits the 360 is causing multi-platform limitations, but of course it'll be discredited. Not because of the obvious hardware differences he mentiones, it's because he said the IP is owned by Sony so he has to show favor towards them.
Another question about this "ban from ps3".
How is it that we've only just heard about this, while hundreds(I'm guessing) of Australians have been playing the game since Thursday without any bannings or other issues being reported?
Is it that certain regions are being targeted or I should I stick to the fake BS deduction?
