Ohh, sorry.
I did not know you were the ambassador to mankind.
Yeah, I know they have had partial keyboard and mouse support, but as you said game support is a bit spotty.
If MS does this and the support is global over all games, then I'm all for it.
If its the same old crap as before, game needs to be programmed to support kbm, or a patch needs to be released for it, not just plug and play working right out the box, then yeah, not interested at all.
Time will tell how good this is.
Oh nice! This move makes me actually want to buy a console now.
I can't use a controller due to issues with my thumbs, can't effectively fondle the nipples of the controller.
As they are the entire movement system, makes playing very uncomfortable if not impossible.
It sucks missing out on awesome games because they are console exclusives.
Don't get me wrong, PC does have an awesome collection, but not being able to play unc...
Apparently they are no longer using cryengine, That seems to be the whole problem here.
They are using assets that they made in cryengine in another game engine made by Amazon.
That's why they are butt-hurt
Yeah.... Been waiting for Skywind (Morrowind ported to Skyrim) for like 6 years now...
Can't tell or troll or mentally disabled...
It's called Stockholm Syndrome.
You have it.
Nope

Got kick started in Belgium, don't think they have come up with a stance on it yet, and Hawaii is in talks about it.
Hopefully it will spread and we can finally rid ourselves of this cancer.
LOL brutal
Title correction:
How Are Micro-transactions Going to Ruin Red Dead : Redemption 2?
These people are morons, not gamers.
xbox has never done well in Japan.
This is news how?
Yeah, not counting on it any time soon.
GTA V took like 1 and a half years to come from console to pc.
I am not a console player, I managed to avoid all spoilers for a year+
The devs said it was an absolute chore to get the engine that Red Dead Redemption game to actually work on the console, used tricks to get it functioning, was apparently a marvel of programming engineering, I believe them.
But as they have a new engine they know work...
Please SIr, I want this game on PC.
Nah, never bought a console before, not gonna start now =D
I am lucky enough to remember a time when publishers released full and completed games....
Single player games are not dying. Not dead, never were, never have been
Half-assed multiplayer/always online games are forced upon us by shitty publishers so they can push microtransactions and now these freaking lootcrates to squeeze every last dollar from gamers.
Click bate GTFO.
Yes, that's fine... For year 2005 era hardware...
Current gen? Yeah.. No.. Not so much...
OMG YES!
When my mum bought me the original Army Men and Worms for my birthday, I was instantly hooked on PC gaming for life!
