Considering how high the bar is already from God Of War: Chains Of Olympus and Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.
But I believe that if any game can do it, that game is Resistance: Retribution.
There simply is no other. From the moment I popped in the disc, I knew it would be something special.
Skate 2 was developed on PS3, allowing for both the PS3 and 360 versions to look better than if it was developed on 360, and allowing for both versions to look equal. I look forward to purchasing this one on PS3.
I'll be getting this and Persona 3 FES and Persona 4.
And with this confirmed, it's more than a guess that Persona 2 will be following suit shortly after.
I'll still rent this, but no purchase.
The 360 team is doing GTAIV DLC for 360 only, while the PS3 team is doing GTAV as an exclusive or timed exclusive for PS3.
I mean, we're getting Killzone 2, Infamous, RE5, Uncharted 2, Ratchet & Clank 5, COD:MW2, White Knight Chronicles, and BioShock 2 in 2009, as well as possibly God Of War III and GTAV. FFXIII won't be that missed.
I mean, they're releasing the first 2 on PSP, not XBLA, and the 3rd is on PS2. There is no reason it won't be coming.
I wouldn't be bothered to get it right away if it had nothing that interested me.
So I am quite excited for this!
Epic fail.
Classic RE is what I wish for on PS3/360, but sadly it's looking like it won't ever happen. Even a remake would be awesome.
It does surpass Crysis, although I mean Crysis without texture mods. Crysis with texture mods might be better, but that's merely a might.
Killzone 2 looks stunning.
There's always Enchanted Arms.
With a full-featured online mode and multiple difficulties, a 10-hour head-rush campaign couldn't be better.
I personally will get much more out of the campaign that 10 hours, as I will be collecting all the Trophies.
Microsoft should be very scared, since Killzone 2 appears to have gameplay which lives up to it's astounding visuals, and cannot be done on the 360.
Best console visuals without a sweat, promising gameplay, 32-player online, promised DLC, no install, and massive hype. I bet even Nintendo got a chill down their spine.
Killzone 2 will be the official mark of a tide changed in Sony's favor. Simply buying exclusive games/content will NOT save Microsoft in 2009.
It's possible, seeing the route Oblivion went. And with the Trophy patch out, Bethesda has shown that they're willing to support. "Exclusivity" is a word that should be taken lightly this gen.

I have a Wii.
I'll have to grab some homies and some shrooms and let the hours fly by.
