this conference is looking to be an almost perfect mirror image of the MS conference. decent games up front, final hour - new motion bs games. don't get me wrong, i would LOVE to be proved wrong. but this right now looks woefully boring.

all i saw was a bunch of multiplats and some exclusives in that montage, considering i just got a new tv recently, and am not getting a 3D tv any time soon, especially not for the sole purpose of playing 3d games.

killzone 3 looked, kinda generic, but it was a pre-alpha code, so i still have hope, considering i really liked killzone 2. but showing all these multiplats? come on now...

actually, they have a clause with pre-ordered games that if the price changes before the end of the release date even if your order shipped already, they'll credit you the amount taken off. just pop off an email or call to customer service and it'll be taken care of.
they look totally identical. the only difference is some contrast, and you can change that on your tv if not in the games options menu.
Civilization IV (expansions included, especially beyond the sword) may be my most played game of the last decade, even though it came out around halfway through it. so much fun, so much time spent, so much POWER!

Exclusive Teaser. because that's all it is. i personally never expect gameplay from a teaser, which is all that's been shown tonight.
it's pretty safe to say they're trying to integrate Jake Gyllenhaal's Prince of Persia look in the new game. the character was wearing the same outfit he was in the movie trailer, so i think that's what they're aiming for, unfortunately.
i should have seen that coming from a mile away. the small part of me that hoped for something new and big for the next Star Wars game just withered and died. how can they even make a sequel to that game? bah this perturbs me..
