When did gaming and the gaming community become so toxic? Was it the anonymity of the internet or something else? If all the commenters on N4G were in a room together would it be the worst bunch of people ever? Or would you all mess yourselves because of the presence of actual people, not just a username. Everyone saying 'you wish you could play too'. Its not 2007 anymore, the war was over a long time ago. One time, ONE, and xbots are blowing on the trumpet of victory. As a GAMER I can play Starfield, as a PS5 owner I can play TLOU & God of War, but guess what, one game isn't enough to justify buying an XBOX (just yet). four or five, yes, but one?!? I hope there are more to come, because a 2 console current gen setup is fine by me, I can afford it, its not 'one or the other...

the latency thing is a biggie for me, I'll need to read A LOT of user reviews and hear good things about latency before I buy, but I hope to buy, looks good, I would use it.
I'm pretty sure the PS link thing is just to get people to buy branded headphones and not use ones they've already got. Steamdeck supports bluetooth and I use my Galaxy Buds, its great. PS want more $, just like with vita memory cards

get a backbone then, but they're not very good, your phone wobbles in the bracket, the controller parts themselves are very small and hugely inferior to proper controllers. I bought one a few months back, took it straight back in for a refund, awful

Its a vision of the future my friend, look at xbox, 10 years from now there won't be physical media. I love physical media, shopping around, buy it, own it, see it on a shelf, pop the case open, lending & borrowing from a friend, trading in. It's a lifestyle, I still own physical books for the same reason, 4k blu-rays, lovely.
